About G&P Capital Limited

G&P Capital Limited is proud to be affiliated with Griffiths & Partners Attorneys, a well respected law firm in the Turks and Caicos. With real estate being a key piece of the services offered by G&P, they saw the need to assist potential buyers with a financing component which can be elusive at the banks.

G&P Capital Limited works with investors from the TCI and abroad to provide the local real estate market a reliable secondary mortgage option. GPC concentrates their loans into the tourism related market, where the marketability of the properties provides better liquidity for their investors. Our goal is provide borrowers with a fair interest rate while providing our investors a solid return.

G&P Capital is the investment fund dealer to the G&P Mortgage Fund.
