Vaughan Paisley
Managing Director
Vaughan was the first managing director after G&P Capital Ltd officially launched in October of 2021. Vaughan previously operated a mortgage brokerage and private lending placement firm with a focus on the Caribbean region. Vaughan started his banking career after completing his education at MacEwan University 25 years ago. After learning his craft with Scotiabank, he went into business for himself in the mortgage brokerage industry.
In 2014, as an early adopter of the remote work lifestyle, Vaughan was a licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia while living in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It was during this time that he first became aware of the opportunity that existed in the private lending space in the Caribbean region.
